Where the 25% Goes Missing

THE PROBLEM

Your List Is an Asset That Most Treat Like a Backup Plan.

You spent real money capturing every one of those email addresses — pop-ups, discounts, ad spend that costs more every year. Then most of them hear from you only when there’s a sale. A dusty welcome email and the occasional 10%-off blast isn’t a channel. It’s a leak.

The benchmark for ecommerce brands with a working email program: email drives 20–30% of total store revenue. If yours is under 25%, there’s a gap. Under 20%, it’s urgent. Your number is sitting in your Klaviyo dashboard right now — it takes two minutes to check. If you don’t like the number, the free teardown is where to start.

WHAT WE DO

Two Engines:
One Runs Itself.
One Runs Weekly.

Everything we build is judged by one number — revenue per recipient. Not opens. Not “brand awareness.” Money, per email, per subscriber.

Engine One — Automated

Flows That Sell While You Sleep

Built once, then earning around the clock — each one triggered by what your customer just did. Nearly half of all flow revenue comes from first-time buyers, which is why these get built before anything else.

Engine Two — Campaigns

Campaigns Your Subscribers Actually Open

A steady sending rhythm that sells without burning the list — because a list you’ve exhausted with discounts stops being an asset.

While You Were Sleeping

What a Working Flow Setup Does in a Single Night

This is the difference between a list and a channel. Across Klaviyo’s benchmark data of 183,000+ brands, automated flows generate roughly 41% of all email revenue from just 5% of sends. Set up once and they will work for you.

11:04 PM — Welcome Email, Sent

Someone joined your list from the pop-up. Within minutes they get a first email worth reading — and the incentive they were promised.

New Subscriber

1:37 AM — Abandoned Checkout, Recovered

They filled a cart, got distracted, and forgot. One well-timed reminder later, they're back. This one converts..

Cart Left Behind

6:15 AM — Post-Purchase, Delivered

Yesterday's customer gets a genuinely useful email about the product they bought. That's how first orders become second orders.

Order Placed Yesterday

8:00 AM — You Wake Up to Orders

None of this needed you. That's the point of flows: build them right once, then let them compound.

01

The Free Email Teardown

We sign up to your list and go through it the way a real subscriber does — your pop-up, your welcome emails, what lands in the inbox over the following days and what never shows up at all. Where the money’s being left, why, and the first three things we’d build. No Klaviyo access needed — just your URL.

Research Before Opinions

Your Klaviyo data, your best-selling products, and the words your customers actually use in reviews and support tickets. Every list behaves differently — the research tells us how yours does.

A Strategy Built on Your Data
03

Build, Send, Keep What Sells

Flows go live. Campaigns go out on a real calendar. Subject lines, offers, and send times run as tests, not guesses — if it lifts revenue per recipient, it stays. If it doesn’t, it goes, and we’ll tell you that straight.

Honest Reporting, Every Month

One report, in plain English: what email earned this month, which flows and campaigns drove it, what’s next — including the tests that lost.

See the Work First

Don't Take Our Word for It. Read a teardown.

We’re a new studio, so instead of telling you we’re good at this, here’s a real email teardown of a real Shopify brand — the same document you’d get for yours. Every place their list was leaving money, why we think it’s costing sales, and the exact flows and campaigns we’d build first.

If reading it makes you want one for your account, fill out the form. If it doesn’t, you just got a free checklist.

GOOD FIT / NOT A FIT

This works best for brands that already have a list and orders.

GOOD FIT

Shopify Stores With a List That Should Be Earning More

You have subscribers and steady orders, but email is an afterthought — a welcome email you wrote in a hurry, campaigns that only go out when you remember, flows you know you should have but never built. You’d rather put the asset you own to work than keep renting attention from ad platforms.

NOT YET

Brand-New Stores Still Building Their First Customers

If your list is tiny and orders are a trickle, flows don’t have enough to work with yet — we’d be taking your money to email an empty room. Get traffic and first customers, then come back. The teardown is still free if you want a head start, and it’ll tell you exactly how to grow the list in the meantime.

The Part Most Agencies Hide

We're New at This. Here's Why That's Your Advantage.

The First Page launched in 2026. We don’t have a wall of client logos yet, and we’re not going to fake one. What we do have: years of building and writing for websites that had to sell, a process built on research rather than gut feel, and a client list short enough that your business gets the two of us — not a junior we hand you to after the sale.

The Founding Client Offer

Founding-client Pricing, In Exchange for Proof

Our first five clients get our founding rate — senior work, priced like we’re still earning our reputation, because we are.

In exchange, one thing: if we get you results, you let us publish them as a case study, numbers included. When the case studies are up and the price rises with them, this offer disappears.

FROM PAST WORK, BEFORE THE FIRST PAGE

Who We Are

Two specialists. One per lever.

The First Page is deliberately small. The person who audits your email is the person who writes your flows, builds your Klaviyo, and signs your reports — no handoffs to juniors after the sale.

Charmaine

Email & Retention

Turns email lists into revenue channels — strategy, copy, design, and Klaviyo setup, done properly. Judged by what your subscribers actually do: opens, clicks, and revenue per recipient.

Charlene

STORE CONVERSION

Builds and writes websites that have to sell, not just look good. Runs the research, the teardowns, and the testing — so when your emails land clicks, the store they land on converts them.

FAIR QUESTIONS

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Will this increase my revenue?

Email is the channel where the connection between work and revenue is most direct — every flow and campaign has a dollar figure attached to it in Klaviyo. The industry benchmark says email should drive 20–30% of store revenue, and that’s the standard we measure against — but a benchmark is a yardstick, not a promise. What we promise is the work and the honest measurement of it: revenue per recipient, flow by flow, campaign by campaign. What that adds up to depends on your list size and your order value, so we won’t promise you a revenue number before we’ve seen your account. Anyone who does is guessing with your money. (One more honest note: these benchmarks come from Klaviyo’s own attribution, which is generous to email. We’ll always show you the number and how it was counted.)

Bad email annoys subscribers — the tenth identical discount blast, the campaign with nothing to say. Good email is the reason they gave you their address in the first place. We build a sending rhythm your list can sustain, watch unsubscribes and spam complaints in every report, and segment so people get emails that are actually relevant to them. If the list is telling us to slow down, we slow down — and you’ll see that in the numbers, not hidden from them.

Klaviyo is where we do our best work and what we recommend for Shopify brands — the integration is the deepest and the revenue tracking is the cleanest. If you’re on another platform, the teardown will still tell you where the money’s being left, and if a migration to Klaviyo makes sense for you, we’ll say so and handle it. If it doesn’t, we’ll say that too.

Because it’s the honest way to sell this. You shouldn’t have to take a stranger’s word for it — the teardown lets you see the work before you’ve paid anything. Some people take the findings and build the flows themselves. That’s fine. Enough people see the work and want to hire the people who did it.

Just your store URL. No Klaviyo access, no logins, no onboarding forms. We subscribe to your list like any customer would and audit what actually arrives — the pop-up, the welcome emails, the days that follow. That subscriber’s-eye view is where most of the leaks show up anyway. The deeper look at your Klaviyo data — flow performance, segments, revenue per recipient — happens when we start paid work together.

You’re busy. And a call before you’ve seen any proof isn’t a conversation — it’s a sales pitch. So the teardown goes first. If you like what you see, then we talk.

Faster than most channels. Flows start earning the day they go live — an abandoned checkout email doesn’t need months of data to recover its first cart. Campaign results build over weeks as we learn what your list responds to. Before anything starts, we’ll tell you honestly what to expect for a list your size. Not after.
